~SIDM BBQ~

Well before the holiday ended, the SIDM club wantd to have a major gathering. The plan was a BBQ over at Trudy's place & yeah most of the OGLs were coming too =)

Hmm well went over a bit early to help out a bit but not much to do tho lols.
When they arrived, it was like suddenly all of them at once lols. It was nice seeing them again after the holidays, it's been ages since the last huge SIDM gathering which was hmm Transformers night I think lols. Well we went to go play Captain's ball & monkey with a frisbee lols =D

After some of us went to go play bball until we were all sweaty & at the end of the game(after the game lols) finally Joe scored a point =)! Well the BBQ was already in full swing by the time we got back yea.

Food, Glorious Food =)

In the night, they started playing that OGL orientation 123 square game lols. We ordered a huge amount of food actually but Vincent was on the money about us being able to finish it too =) Later on after marsmallows & whatnot, talked with Hazel about 80s music, hahah never thought I'd meet a Gen-y here in SIDM lols =). Haiz, can't belive The Cure had their last concert here yea, they're breaking up. Well cheers to their legacy tho yea lols. Anyway it was just great seeing every1 getting along on this day yea. It was great BBQing singing with your friends whatever song was playing lols. The event was a huge sucess, so props to the Exco planners yea =)

Hmm well after, Vincent, Trudy, & Ben made an announcement about the future of SIDM for this semester yea. They made a proposal for this idea that we all get together each week, watch movie at school theatres, LAN for gamers, free food(pray/hope/wish =)) & loads of other stuff. Sounded like mass fun yea =) Kudos again to the excos for such a gud idea lols. Hope it takes off & it will be a sucess too yea!

Well after the BBQ most of them went back around 10++. Went over to GD hse to pick up some games which wasn't that far away. Even saw his younger bro who looks & sounds older than him hahahs=)Anyway he came back with me cause hahah I get lost easily lols

Well we came back & most of them had left. Then GD,Han Ming & me went over to the playground. Anyways had a nice chat with them over there too yea =)

We came back & both of them had to leave with Jing Long, Vincent & Ching Hoon yea. Well thon that nite with Jake,Ian,Ber,Cyn,Trudy & Clarence lols =) Spent the night talking craps & playing Munchkins, haha we played so much. We should have some kinda competition to find out who's the best once & for all one day lols =)

It was so cool seeing SIDM in such a huge gathering & just having fun with them again, it harkens back to days of the yellow shirts and purple & black bands lols =) And to hear about those meeting up everyweek plans, it cast away any doubts I had whether this sem we would drift apart. Yeah we love SIDM =)!Cheers!
